Spearheading the turfing of the IMS dirt field is a perfect example. While others talked for years about turfing IMS, Bruce brought together all key parties to agree. We are talking about many organizations with divergent agendas. The best part for MI is that Bruce found a way to access funds that were already available without needing additional fund raising efforts.
